Practice Management

Our practice manager is Mrs Michelle Turpin who organises the general management and administration, which enables the practice to run smoothly. If you have any enquiries, suggestions or complaints then please do not hesitate to speak to her; she will be happy to help.

Reception

The receptionists have a very difficult job trying to please everyone. Remember that they are only carrying out the doctor's instructions. The reception staff have a wealth of experience and information to hand. They will help you with appointments, repeat prescriptions, practice information. All information is treated in total confidence. There is a private room next to reception should you wish to discuss a private, confidential or sensitive matter with any member of staff. Please ask at reception if you wish to use this facility.
