Our practice manager is Michelle Turpin who organises the general management and administration, enabling the practice to run smoothly.

The reception/admin staff have a very difficult job trying to please everyone. Remember that they are only carrying out the doctor's instructions. The staff have a wealth of experience and information to hand. They will help you with appointments, repeat prescriptions, practice information. All information is treated in total confidence. They will also signpost you to other services such as pharmacy first and local pharmacies where appropriate.
This team not only staff the reception area, they are responsible for manning the telephones, dealing with a variety of queries and enquiries as well as numerous other tasks including prescription requests.
Please be patient with the staff and treat them in a kind and courteous manner. We know that the telephones are busy and we get through the calls as quickly as possible. Some calls are quick and easy to deal with and others take more time. Likewise, enquiries at the reception desk; some are very quick and easy to deal with and others are more complex and take more time.
We have a dedicated secretarial team who deal with all aspects of secretarial work within the practice including referrals, letters, insurance forms, recalls for tests and reviews etc.
A private room will be made available should you wish to discuss a private, confidential or sensitive matter with any member of staff. Please ask at reception if you wish to use this facility.
